Community Pond - Watford

The Brief

We were approached by one of our commercial clients about tidying up the pond and removing the duckweed from the surface for this pond in a courtyard in a residential estate in Watford.

The Solution

Using a specially made boom the duckweed was dragged to one end of the pond and removed manually. The pond plants around the edge of the pond were all cut back to reduce vegetation rotting in the water over the Winter.
